This program is designed to help powerlifters develop confidence and growth throughout the off season or for the non-powerlifter looking to put on size with the focus leaning towards strength. With the 1st working sets giving you guidance and targets and the 2nd set allowing for freedom and flexibility.
This is an example of what one training day during week 1 would look like. There are 5 training days per week and three 5-week training cycles in the program.
