Who Doesn't Want a Massive Bench?

You know what you want, but sometimes you need a little help getting there.  This bench-focused program will take your one-rep max to new levels.  

Example Week

Each week will have 4 lifting sessions with 2-3 days focusing on upper body.  The alternative days will still have a lower body focus.  Your progress will not be realized until the program is over and you test your maxes again.
